Whitebarred boxfish

A boxfish with a concave snout and a high arched back. Males and females differ in colour – males are orange with a few white bands on the body. In females and juveniles, the white bands are outlined in black.

Length: Up to 33 cm

Habitat

Moderately to exposed reefs; 4-200 m depth
