Slender Sunfish. Picture taken on 24th May 2014 at Trigallow? Beach (15km east of Bremer Bay). Several were found washed up on the beach by my sister Wendy Stone who took the photo whilst there trying to catch Salmon.
About this species
Slender sunfish are the smallest member in the family Molidae. Although rarely seen in coastal waters, large shoals occasionally strand themselves along the southwest coast. Read more…
